IT SupportSalary: $50,000 - $65,000Duties:
- Respond to internal support tickets and IT inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for desktop and mobile users
- Assist with user account setups, workstation configurations, and equipment deployment
- Support legal software tools (e.g., Soluno, NetDocs, ACL, Lawyer Done Deal, etc)
- Log and track issues through the helpdesk system; escalate as needed
- Maintain IT inventory and update documentation as required
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive data
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of IT support/helpdesk experience in a law firm
- Strong knowledge of Windows systems, networking, and troubleshooting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear, friendly, and effective communication
- Degree or certification in IT or related field (Microsoft, etc.) is an asset
- Familiarity with legal software such as Soluno, Lawyer Done Deal, Unity, NetDocs, ACL, is preferred but not required.
