Job description

Robert Half is looking for an IT Support Specialist. This is a remote role.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle initial inquiries from clients via telephone or email.
2. Log call and email activities.
3. Manage help desk software or ticket systems.
4. Troubleshoot and manage simple EDI-related issues.
5. Communicate effectively via phone or email.
6. Be self-motivated and able to switch between different tasks efficiently.
7. Stay updated with company changes and updates.
8. Delegate complex problems to second-level support.

Job Requirements: Specific Skills

• Experience working with EDI.
• Experience working with SAP, preferably SAP TM (Transportation) and SAP OTC (Orders to Cash).
• Experience with AS2 communications, preferably Cyclone.
• Ability to read translation maps and identify data errors, preferably using Inovis TLE or Mercator.
