Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan | Foran (TSX:ELD) is seeking an IT Supervisor to join our growing McIlvenna Bay team. This is a full-time position based at the McIlvenna Bay site working a 14/14 rotation.

Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan | Foran is advancing the McIlvenna Bay project, a cornerstone asset and one of the most significant copper development projects in Canada. With commercial production expected in the second half of 2026, this world-class deposit contains copper, zinc, gold, and silver – key metals for the global transition to green energy. As part of the Information technology Team, the IT Supervisor will assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects and oversee day-to-day IT operational delivery to site. This position will also lead, guide and coach departmental members in the execution of IT related operational requirements and strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure all employees are working in compliance with all Foran Mining, Territorial and Federal safety guidelines and procedures.
• Manage and ensure all employees and contractors are working in compliance with all Foran Mining standard operating procedures.
• Manage and ensure that all employees and contractors are certified to execute the tasks/jobs they are assigned.
• Participate in Joint Occupational Safety and Health Committee activities, as required.
• Position IT as a strategic partner with the other Foran Mining departments by providing timely and complete service to the business.
• Participate in the development of long-term IT related plans and budgets (annual budget, 5-year resource and equipment forecast, etc.).
• Ensures achievement of goals and targets for the IT functions in line with approved plans (annual budget, short-range forecasts, etc.)
• Manage the troubleshooting and maintenance of the Active Directory, Printing, WAN, OT Systems, Private LTE, VoIP Telephony, firewalls and VPN connections in Windows OS environments.
• Oversee the installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations and notebooks, servers, networks and equipment.
• Manage the development and conducting of user training to enhance productivity.
• Promote the IT policies and procedures and ensure their consistent use and application.
• Manage and ensure position/job descriptions are maintained and updated as required.
• Manage and ensure that training is provided in accordance with the current and future needs of the department.
• Coach and mentor department team member growth and development.
• Manage and ensure professional learning objectives of the department team members are defined and met.
• Manage and ensure performance reviews are conducted as required; with feedback and coaching provided for all department team members.
• Provide expertise, leadership and guidance to internal and external departments (as required).
• Ensure that the daily, weekly and monthly IT area reports that monitor progress vs. business objectives and budget are completed on a timely basis.
• Identify potential issues and collaborate with the IT Manager and Departmental Managers to prevent, mitigate or resolve them in a real-time environment.
• Investigate and identify options and recommend short- and long-term projects and approaches to enhance efficiency and cost effectiveness of the mine site while collaborating with peer departments.
• Behaves in a way that demonstrates support of Foran Mining Vision and Values.
• Responsible for but not limited to all tasks/duties assigned or required.

Job Qualifications and Skills:

• Required: College diploma in Business, Information Technology or related.
• Preferred: University degree in Business, Information Technology or related.
• Appropriate technical certifications such as (MCSE, CCNA, PMP, ITIL, etc.) considered an asset.
• 5+ years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations, preferably in mining.
• 5 years of leading and developing a team, including strategy, budgeting and staffing.
• 3 years of experience applying and using the principles of ITIL.
• Strong analytical skills to recognize and assess issues and develop solutions.
• Experienced in leading cloud adoption (at scale), including governance mechanisms, and delivering migration projects.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills that inspire and motivate IT resources in a globally matrixed environment.
• Strong third-party management skills, working closely with sourcing and vendor managers
• Expertise in budget planning and financial management.
• Knowledgeable in regulatory or statutory technology compliance requirements.
• Mining Industry experience is a plus (or other asset intensive industries).
• Previous experience with underground LTE network and automation of mobile equipment and production dashboards considered an asset.
• Experience with bandwidth-limited remote sites.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $130,000/year based on experience and qualifications, along with an annual discretionary short-term incentive award at a percentage of base salary, rewarding exceptional contributions to team and company success.
