PCL Constructors Canada Inc. in Winnipeg is seeking an Information Technology Student for our Winnipeg district. The 4-month term with potential to extend provides hands-on IT support across office and site locations.

You will perform tier 1 and 2 support, log requests, deploy hardware and assist in maintaining IT work areas. Strong communication and customer service are essential, with training opportunities through PCL College of Construction.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing IT/CS studies.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to learn and assist across sites.
• Prior IT support experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1 (phone) and tier 2 (in person) IT support at office and on sites.
• Log IT support requests.
• Deploy hardware.
• Assist in IT work area maintenance.
• Handle equipment audits and shipments.
• Create process documentation.
• Support Systems & Office Administrators as needed.
