Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support or related role.
• Experience with Windows family systems and server environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and security tooling.
• Experience provisioning hardware and software and onboarding/offboarding users.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support IT hardware and software.
• Provide user assistance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for escalated support issues.
• Manage user accounts, access control, and IT onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain IT documentation and perform routine upgrades.
