Join a publicly traded, multinational industrial products manufacturer committed to sustainability, operational excellence, and responsible innovation . This high-impact role is for an experienced IT SOX Compliance Manager to lead and enhance the company’s global IT controls framework in support of SOX compliance, cybersecurity, and risk mitigation initiatives.

As the company continues to scale and invest in its digital infrastructure, you’ll be a key partner to IT, Internal Audit, Finance, and Compliance teams , ensuring robust ITGCs and integrated controls across systems and processes worldwide.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead the IT SOX compliance program , including annual scoping, risk assessment, testing, remediation, and reporting.
• Evaluate and monitor IT General Controls (ITGCs) across critical systems, including access, change management, and operations.
• Partner with business and IT teams to design, implement, and maintain automated and manual IT-dependent controls .
• Collaborate with Internal Audit and external auditors to support walkthroughs, testing, and remediation tracking.
• Identify control gaps, assess risk impact, and drive timely remediation plans .
• Serve as a subject matter expert on SOX 404 , COSO, and COBIT frameworks, as well as cybersecurity risk and data governance.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of control frameworks for new systems and process transformations (e.g., ERP upgrades, cloud migrations).
• Educate and train stakeholders on IT compliance requirements , control responsibilities, and audit preparedness.

What You Bring :

• 7+ years of experience in IT audit, IT risk, or IT SOX compliance, ideally in a publicly traded or global manufacturing environment .
• In-depth knowledge of SOX 404, ITGCs, COBIT, and cybersecurity frameworks .
• Experience leading or managing IT SOX programs across multiple business units or regions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
• Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• CISA, CIA, or CPA preferred .
