Job summary

Pacer Group in Montreal, QC is seeking an IT Service Management & Analytics Specialist for a 12-month contract onsite/hybrid engagement. You will manage ITSM processes, analyze service data, and build dashboards to deliver actionable insights.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management processes.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise ITSM platforms.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with experience analyzing operational, service, and performance data.
• Proven ability to develop dashboards, KPIs, reports, and management-level operational insights.
• Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and other business intelligence and analytics tools.
• Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational skills across multiple teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, risk, control, audit, and business teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience using Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint and Teams.
