Executive Chef Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role at a resort, hotel or membership club with an elite, world class level service.
• Possesses the essential skills and foundational expertise needed to develop a top-tier culinary team and operation.
• Comfortable leading a team across 5+ outlets.
• Experience working in Latin America with an understanding of its culture.
• English fluency; Spanish is an asset but not critical.
