Title: IT Account Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires a deep understanding of IT solutions and services, as well as a proven track record in sales and account management within the IT industry.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
· Understand client needs and provide appropriate IT solutions and services to meet those needs.
· Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions.
· Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing to clients.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
· Funnel and Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities at various stages. Regularly review and update the sales pipeline, identifying potential bottlenecks and taking corrective actions. Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback to management.
· Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through various methods, including cold calling, networking, attending industry events and conferences, and social selling.
· Managed Services Account Management and Strategy: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for each account, based on market trends and client needs.
Requirements:
· Proven track record in IT sales, account management, and business development.
· In-depth knowledge of IT solutions, services, and products.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Experience:
· 5+ years of experience in IT sales, account management, or business development.
· Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
· Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
· Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding ofmodern workplace solutions,cloud environments,cloud development (Azure, AWS), and IT infrastructure.
