Job Description: Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end project management for UKG implementations, migrations, or upgrades (e.g., UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, UKG Ready).
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Act as a liaison between functional teams (HR, Payroll, Timekeeping) and technical teams.
- Ensure adherence to UKG implementation best practices, compliance requirements, and data security standards.
- Coordinate with UKG vendor support, system integrators, and internal teams.
- Organize and lead status meetings, steering committee updates, and stakeholder presentations.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
- Monitor post-go-live support and resolve issues in collaboration with support teams.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including business requirements, change logs, and test plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing large-scale UKG or similar HCM/Workforce Management projects.
- Deep understanding of UKG modules such as Time & Attendance, HR, Payroll, Scheduling, and Leave Management.
- Strong experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications preferred.
- Experience in industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, or retail is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro, Dimensions, or Ready.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance (FMLA, ACA), and payroll regulations.
