Job summary

Cynet Systems Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team in Regina. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, promote Agile practices, and support cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of Agile principles and experience in a similar position. A bachelor's degree and relevant certifications are required.

Required Experience:
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or computer science and at least five years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum.
  • Relevant certifications.

  • In-depth understanding of agile principles and scrum frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve a wide range of impediments that are strategic, organizational, or technical in nature.
  • Confident communicator, facilitator, and relationship-builder.
