YOUR IMPACT :
As a IT Project Manager within the IT PMO, you will provide high impact leadership on strategic, digital transformation, application development and Infrastructure, security and risk projects and programs. You will be responsible for the execution of project and program management activities (including, building the project plan, project governance structure, analysis of deliverables, cross-organization engagement of stakeholders, and delivery of work-streams including requirement capture, design, custom solution development, and deployment), Risk Mitigation, Change Control, Communication and Financial tracking on assigned projects and programs.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED :
- 2 years of demonstrated success as a coordinator or reporting analyst or similar role.
- 2 years of experience in a professional IT setting with understanding of basic IT concepts.
- Understanding of different project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) required.
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, PPM, Planview, WordPress, Webflow, or equivalent.
- Proven abilities related to project management with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced working environment.
- Ability to manage and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on complex data.
- Experience working in a complex, matrix, fast paced environment.
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to prioritize work, balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to translate technical jargon into language that non-technical audiences can understand.
- The ability to work independently, as part of a team, and cross-functionally within the organization.
