Day In The Life

• Project Portfolio Management
• Review and manage IT project intake requests, coordinate with internal teams, and prepare proposals for review.
• Define project objectives and success metrics.
• Manage planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects.
• Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions.
• Assess project health using formal PM and statistical methods.
• Understand business and IT objectives and their impacts.

• Project Management
• Define and approve project scope, deliverables, quality standards, and success measures.
• Facilitate communication within teams and stakeholders.
• Support business analysis to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop schedules, identify critical paths, milestones, and manage resources.
• Manage project risks, issues, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead cross-functional teams, coach, mentor, and manage project teams.
• Own the Project Change Management process and ensure proper documentation and approval.

What We Are Seeking

• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in IT project management.
• Proven track record leading multi-discipline projects.
• Experience managing mid-scale implementations of enterprise systems like ERP, HRIS, Payroll, etc.
• Familiarity with defect tracking (JIRA), content management (Confluence), and project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience applying PM lifecycle to SDLC processes.
• Understanding of complex architectural, networking, and software issues.
• IT business analysis and IT service delivery experience are assets.
• Certifications such as PMP are assets.
