Alquemy is seeking an experienced IT Program/Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent IT and cybersecurity projects within a complex program. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder expectations across the project lifecycle.

  • PMP certification required;ITIL Foundation preferred.

  • Program management and Cybersecurity experience preferred.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, risk, issue, and change management skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in complex enterprise, public sector, education, healthcare, or similarly structured environments is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, budgets, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate solution delivery artifacts, including security assessments, privacy assessments, requirements, design, and release documentation.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, change management, readiness, and training activities.
  • Facilitate communication and decision-making across technical, business, vendor, and leadership teams.
  • Provide project management guidance and escalating risks, issues, and decisions as required.
  • Ensure project documentation and deliverables are complete and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
