Job summary

S.I. Systems Ltd. is seeking an IT Procurement Advisor to support strategic sourcing and supply chain activities for IT hardware, software, consulting services and contingent labor. The role will require 2 days per week in the Calgary or Saskatoon office under a 6-month contract.

You will manage end-to-end procurement, lead supplier negotiations, develop RFx packages, and drive compliance across SAP ECC, Oracle and Ariba CLM environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement and supply chain management experience, including 3+ years in strategic sourcing.
• Experience with at least two IT hardware/software, VAR contracts, managed/consulting services, or contingent workforce.
• End-to-end IT procurement lifecycle management including forecasting, risk and supplier relationships.
• S2C and P2P processes experience.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle, spend management tools (Ariba, Analysis and Reports) and CLM tools (Icertis or similar).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for IT and Commercial procurement categories.
• Conduct supplier negotiations, market research, and due diligence for favorable terms.
• Develop RFx packages, coordinate evaluations, and provide supplier selections.
• Draft contracts and amendments, manage through procurement systems.
• Analyze indirect spend data from SAP ECC and Oracle to support spend strategy.
• Support SAP Ariba CLM, Supplier Portal and S2P processes adoption.
• Monitor contract and spend compliance, savings, and supplier performance.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal and业务 stakeholders to drive sourcing strategy.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in procurement and supply chain management, including 3+ years in strategicsourcing
• Experience with at least two of the following areas: IT hardware/software, value-added reseller (VAR) contracts, managed/consulting services, contingent workforce)
• Experience managing the end-to-end IT procurement lifecycle, including strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, forecasting, risk management, and supplier relationships.
• Experience Source to contract (S2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) process
• Experience some of the follow tools:(SAP/Oracle), spend management tools (Ariba, Analysis and Reports) and lifecycle management tools (CLM) (ie Icertis or similar)

What you will do:
