Job summary

Service Inspired Restaurants is seeking an IT Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day IT department coordination, operations, procurement, and activity scheduling across our multi-location hospitality portfolio. The role acts as a central liaison between IT, restaurant operations, vendors, and internal teams.

The successful candidate will help ensure technology initiatives, openings, renovations, and rollouts are organized, tracked, and documented, with a strong emphasis on communication

Qualifications

• Experience supporting retail, hospitality, restaurant, or multi-location operations.
• Experience coordinating restaurant openings, renovations, or construction-related projects.
• Experience working within an Information Technology department.
• Familiarity with technology procurement, software licensing, telecommunications, infrastructure, or support operations.
• Experience using ticketing, project management, procurement, or asset management platforms.

Responsibilities

SIR Corp. is seeking an IT Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operational, administrative, vendorprocurement, andactivitycoordination activities of the Information Technology department.

The IT Operations Coordinator serves asa central pointof coordination between IT team members, restaurant operations, vendors, contractors, and internal departments. The roleis responsible forensuring technology initiatives, restaurant openings, renovations, rollouts, procurement activities, and departmental administrative functions are effectively organized, scheduled, documented, and executed.

This position is not a technical support role and is not responsible for managing technical resources.Instead, the role focuses onthe coordination, organization, communication, and administrative activities that enable the IT team tooperatemore effectively and concentrate on technical delivery and support.

The successful candidate will work closely with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure projects and operational initiativesremainon schedule, are properly documented, and are aligned with businessobjectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

IT Operations Coordination

• Coordinate operational and administrative activities across the IT department.
• Track departmental initiatives, operational priorities, and project deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between IT team members, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain operational schedules, calendars, and project timelines.
• Organize andmaintaindepartmental documentation, procedures, and records.
• Assistwith the preparation of reports, presentations, and operational summaries.
• Coordinate departmental meetings andmaintainaction-item tracking.

Restaurant Openings & Renovations

• Coordinate technology-related activities associated with restaurant openings, relocations, and renovations.
• Participate infloorplanreviews and technology requirement discussionsin an administrative capacity.
• Coordinate with Operations, Construction, Facilities, and external vendors.
• Schedule and track IT project deliverables and milestones.
• Coordinate equipment ordering and delivery schedules.
• Monitor project task completion and follow up on outstanding items.
• Maintain project documentation and status reporting.

Vendor Management & Procurement

• Coordinate the procurement of hardware, software, services, and technology-related assets.
• Obtain quotations andassistwith vendor evaluations.
• Coordinate purchase orders and equipment deliveries.
• Performinvoice review and submission processes.
• Maintainvendor contact information and service documentation.
• Participate in vendor meetings and track commitments and action items.
• Assistwith contract and renewal tracking.

Inventory & Asset Management

• Maintain technology inventory records and asset tracking systems.
• Coordinatetasksrelate toequipment allocation, deployment, recovery and disposal activities.
• Assistwith hardware lifecycletracking.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate equipment replenishment.
• Support softwareinventoryand subscription tracking activities.

Technology Rollouts & Deployments

• Coordinate hardware and software deployment activities.
• Assistwith deployment planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate communications associated with technology changes and rollouts.
• Track rollout progress andescalateissues asrequired.
• Maintaindeploymentdocumentation and implementation records.
• Assistin evaluating and researching technology solutions for future initiatives.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare andmaintainproject documentation and status reports.
• Develop andmaintainoperational procedures andstandardsdocumentation.
• Track budgets, expenses, invoices, and project costs.
• Assistwith reporting related to technology projects and operational initiatives.
• Maintain document repositories and departmental knowledge bases.

Continuous Improvement

• Assistin developing and implementing operational standards.
• Support departmental planning and strategic initiatives.
• Perform other IT-relatedAdministrationduties as assigned.
