Job summary

Service Inspired Restaurants is hiring a Payroll Coordinator for a 3-month contract in Canada. You will manage Canadian bi-weekly payrolls, maintain employee records in the payroll system, and ensure accurate data processing and reconciliations.

The role includes ROE preparation, WSIB remittances, benefits administration, and payroll inquiries support.

Qualifications

• Some Canadian payroll experience is required.
• Knowledge of Employment Standards Act is preferred.
• Intermediate Excel knowledge is expected.
• Excellent customer service and ability to interact with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Process multiple bi-weekly payrolls for Canada.
• Maintain employee database in payroll system.
• Prepare and input payroll data for processing.
• Calculate and process adjustments as required.
• Audit and reconcile payroll entries.
• Prepare ROEs.
• Calculate WSIB remittances.
• Benefits plan administration.
• Respond to payroll and benefits inquiries.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and reconcile GL accounts.
• Support payroll initiatives.

As a Payroll Coordinator you will be responsible for the following

• Process multiple bi-weekly payrolls for Canada.
