Base pay range

CA$100,000.00 / yr - CA$125,000.00 / yr

Winters Instruments is currently looking for an IT Manager. The position is based in Toronto and offers a very competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Experience in ERP implementation / migration.
• Extensive experience configuring and updating EDI connections (Electronic Data Interchange).
• Network administrator with direct responsibility for the systems to ensure the operating, security and integrity of the databases.
• Responsible for the setup and maintenance of workstations, printers, and cell phones.
• Administer accounts in Office 365, Active Directory, Great Plains and SharePoint.
• Maintain hardware inventory and user allocation.
• Purchase servers, cell phones, desktops, laptops, and printers from our IT vendors.
• Liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors.
• Maintain the networking infrastructure.
• Execute onboarding and offboarding IT procedures.
• Participate in day-to-day IT operations.
• Participate in IT projects including implementation of ERP.
• Execute IT and information security processes, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain information security compliance qualifications.

Qualifications :

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and commonly used Microsoft 365 apps.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff; experience in customer service environment is an asset
• Skilled in project management with respect to IT projects.
