Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior IT Manager to oversee the technology operations of Felix. This will include managing and maintaining on-prem pharmacy software systems, company-wide software tool administration, IT budgeting and IT asset lifecycle management. This role supports two physical pharmacy locations (Toronto, Vancouver) and ensures the reliable operation of over 100 software tools critical to daily business functions.
Location : Remote-first role, with some onsite time at our pharmacy locations. Greater Toronto Area is preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
Install, configure, maintain physical Windows servers and Pharmacy terminals
Windows SQL Server 2019
Configure & maintain software-defined (Meraki) routers, switches, firewall appliances, vpn connectivity
