Job summary

MSP Corp in Kingston, Ontario is hiring an IT Specialist L3 (Implementation Specialist) for a 3-month on-site contract. You will provide remote and on-site support, manage hardware, software, and network systems, and ensure system availability. The role requires 4–7 years of IT experience and a DEC in CS, plus bilingual French/English.

Key tech areas include VMware/Hyper-V, Azure/M365, Intune, Autopilot, and migration projects with Windows 365/AVD. On-site schedule is Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of IT support or related field.
• DEC in Computer Science or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, administration, and project implementations.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations and patch management.
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies such as VMware and/or Hyper-V.
• Experience with network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Experience with Azure and M365 to assist or carry out projects like Autopilot, Intune, and migrations.
• Windows 365 / AVD deployments and SharePoint migrations.
• Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.
