Job summary
Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) seeks a Director IT Business Management to orchestrate EIT's business-management rhythm, aligning strategy, annual planning, portfolio governance, financial performance and value realization to enable timely leadership decisions and visibility into technology value.
Reporting to the Sr Director Business Management & Delivery Enablement, you will lead TBM, FinOps and cost-optimization initiatives, partner with Finance and Procurement, and coach a
Qualifications
- 7–10 years in technology business management
- 5+ years leading and developing teams
- Experience with TBM, cloud cost-management and governance
- Familiar with Apptio or Cloudability is an asset
Responsibilities
- Lead IT Business Management team including planning, performance and invoice management
- Own and orchestrate annual technology planning, budgeting and commitments
- Lead integrated portfolio reviews, investment decisions and reporting
- Drive FinOps forecasting, cost optimization and performance analysis
- Partner with Finance and Procurement on controls, vendor governance and benchmarking
