Job summary

Durham Community Health Centre (DCHC) invites applications for an IT and Cybersecurity Services Lead to oversee technology operations, safety, and data protection across multiple sites in Durham Region.

Reporting to the Manager, Infrastructure Management & Operations, you will coordinate endpoint, server, network, cloud services, and work with MSPs to strengthen cybersecurity maturity, incident response, and compliance.

Qualifications

Degree in computer science, information technology, or cybersecurity.
3–5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

Coordinate installation, deployment, maintenance and lifecycle management of laptops, desktops, servers, and networking equipment.
Provide escalated on-site support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Maintain technology asset inventories, conduct audits, and manage supplies.
Support onboarding/offboarding activities, including device provisioning and access management.
Assist with procurement, configuration, and deployment of technology equipment and software.
Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-base resources.
Support cloud migration initiatives and technology improvement projects.
Coordinate technology setup for organizational events and meetings.
Work with end users to identify solutions that improve efficiency and service delivery.
