Job description

Summary of the position:

IT Transformation lead has the overall responsibility for: a) smooth and efficient transition of Applications and IT infrastructure services; b) assessment, design and delivery of transformation projects yielding in desired, quantifiable outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop suitable business transformation strategies
2. Guide leaders throughout transformational changes
3. Lead change management projects and set out desired change outcomes for the organization
4. Lead engagement with stakeholders on overcoming barriers to change
5. Assess the organization of teams to remove internal change barriers
6. Work with IT service providers and come up with joint propositions of transformation programs, assess their feasibility and manage the execution of projects that are validated
7. Track the outcome of transformation projects against their outcomes/objectives
8. Set out process change and change management across the organization
9. Review and suggest changes if necessary to the operating models, methods, processes and tools
10. Oversee organizational development processes for employee engagement and team development
11. Support hiring decisions for the organization
12. Develop staff through capability development and coaching
13. Develop on-the-job training programs
14. Conformance to agreed quality management system
15. Instill the practice of innovation & CI (Continuous Improvements) in the structure
16. Continuous focus on productivity gains, efficiency and cost savings
