Job summary

You will set up users, assist with upgrades, create Excel reports, and develop essential technical skills in a collaborative environment, with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or diploma in CS/IT or related field.
• Proficient with basic computer hardware and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Ability to evaluate and apply technology to business needs.
• Basic hardware and networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Set up new users, printers and workstations and provide phone and in-person support, office and site locations.
• Participate in upgrades and rollouts.
• Assist with equipment asset and licensing management.
• Create reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Track, escalate, and follow up on IT issues.
• Attend weekly team meetings.
• Move monitors and other hardware between sites.
• Assist with inventory and auditing computing equipment.
• Support a variety of other customer service and systems tasks as required.
