Job summary

CoFoMo Inc. in Montreal, Quebec is seeking a capable Business Analyst to support product owners, stakeholders and technology teams in decision-making and delivery.

You will define and plan BA activities, coordinate them, and lead workshops with experts to model current and future processes. You will collect and document requirements, ensure traceability, develop user test cases, and support production transfer while contributing to change management content.

Qualifications

• Experience with Jira and Confluence for requirements and workflow tracking.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools is desirable.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English for communication and documentation.

The profile you are looking for is as follows:

• Hold a high school diploma (SSD) or equivalent


• Have experience or knowledge of Jira and Confluence


• Knowledge of business intelligence tools, as well as artificial intelligence tools (an asset)


• Be resourceful, curious and independent


• Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn continuously

This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. French and English language skills are essential, both oral and written.
