Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bilingual (French and English).

Key Accountabilities:

Data Management & Operations

• Create, update and maintain master data across multiple systems (ERP and others)
• Ensure timely processing of data requests according to established SLAs
• Validate requests and ensure compliance with data governance standards and procedures
• Monitor and update existing data to ensure ongoing accuracy and completeness

Data Quality & Ownership

• Act as a key point of accountability for the quality and integrity of assigned data domains
• Perform data quality checks and audits, identifying inconsistencies and issues
• Proactively prevent data issues by applying and reinforcing best practices and standards
• Support the enforcement and continuous improvement of data governance rules

Analysis & Continuous Improvement

• Analyze data trends and recurring issues to identify root causes
• Provide recommendations to improve data quality, processes and workflows
• Support the development of data standards and contribute to process optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve how data is created, used and maintained

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (business, IT, operations)
• Educate stakeholders on data standards and the impact of data decisions
• Support projects, including testing activities and data preparation
• Assist users by retrieving and analyzing data as needed

Academic Background & Experience

• University degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems or related field
