Job summary

BPA in Montreal seeks an ERP/financial systems expert to translate business requirements into IT specifications and support NetSuite ERP across finance and IT. You will drive improvements, participate in ERP implementation, perform testing, and train end-users to maximize system value.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in ERP/financial domains, fluent English and French, and solid ITIL understanding, with hands-on NetSuite ERP experience in a cross-functional setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
• Strong ITIL framework understanding.

• Ensure system quality by developing and executing test plans, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating resolution with the IT team.
• Train and support end-users, create training materials, and provide continuous assistance to optimize ERP usage.
• Provide application support for the ERP and connected systems, ensuring system performance and timely resolution of issues.
• Assist in project management for ERP implementation and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Maintain data integrity through data migration, validation, and quality control within the ERP system.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Professional designation: PMP certification (an asset)
• Overall experience: 5 to 10 years
• Relevant experience: 3 to 7 years in a similar ERP or financial systems role
