Oxy in Squamish, B.C. is seeking a Co-op student to develop IT support skills. This temporary 8-12 month position begins in September 2026 and involves supporting Business, Engineering, and Operations users with a 40hrs/week schedule. Responsibilities include providing help desk support, troubleshooting IT problems, and assisting with procurement of hardware.
The ideal candidate is enrolled in a co-op program in Computer Science or a related field. The position offers competitive pay, with relocation support provided including accommodation for the first four weeks.

CE is looking for one Co‑op student interested in developing their IT Support skills, supporting Business, Engineering, and Operations users.
As a key part of the Information Technology team, you will assist the IT Administrator in providing infrastructure support services to users.
Reporting to the IT Administrator, typical tasks in this role would include IT work related to onboarding new employees, responding to user requests/incidents, and assisting with our hardware evergreen program. Our computing environment includes a combination of on‑premise, cloud, and industrial services, so experience with these technologies would be useful.
You will gain experience providing help desk and technical support for a wide range of issues including operating system, hardware, network, and general software (e.g., M365) systems. You will help support the following tasks:
