Job summary

Albarrie Canada Limited is seeking an Information Technology Student to join our Barrie team at 85 Morrow Road. This 4–8 month co-op placement starts September 2026 and is contract/full-time.

You will provide internal support for new systems (CRM/ERP), create SOPs, handle helpdesk tickets, and collaborate across departments to troubleshoot process or programming changes with the ERP Systems Analyst.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a post-secondary program in computer science with a co-op term.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal support on the implementation of new systems (e.g. CRM, ERP, etc.) within the organization.
• Create documentation and SOPs for new systems and/or programming implementation.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets from users on Albarrie operating and software programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with several departments to assist in troubleshooting of information gathering on process or programming changes.
• Work with the ERP Systems Analyst to investigate and resolve issues with the implementation process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently completing a post-secondary education in computer science, or related field with a co-op term.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate.

NOTE:

This role is focused on software, systems, and business application support and does not involve cybersecurity, networking, or hardware systems.
