Job summary

Tacten Industrial Inc in Fort McMurray, AB is seeking Level 3 Rope Access Technicians to support client sites. You will oversee complex operations, ensure compliance with industry standards, and deliver safe, high-quality results for our clients.

Role requires IRATA Level 3 certification, journeyman ticketing, first aid and safety certifications, with 14/14 rotations of 12-hour shifts. Flights from Alberta hubs and camp accommodations are provided to support a demanding schedule.

Qualifications

• IRATA Level 3 certification is required.
• Journeyman ticketed in Electrician or Insulator.
• First aid certification required.
• CSO/BSO/CSTS-2020 required.
• OSSA Confined Space Monitor and Entry required.
• Strong work ethics and safety awareness.
• Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated with high technical/performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Have a comprehensive knowledge of advanced rescue techniques.
• Demonstrate all the skills and knowledge required of a Level III Rope Access Technician.
• Be conversant with relevant work techniques.
• Assist other technicians as required.
• Perform specific job functions as they relate to work orders.
• Ensure operational safety of all equipment.
