Job summary

Tacten Industrial Inc is seeking a Level 3 Rope Access Technician to support our client site in Fort McMurray, AB. You will oversee complex operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities include advanced rescue techniques, safety, and collaboration with a team on 12-hour shifts on a 14/14 rotation. Fly-in-fly-out from major Canadian hubs with camp provided.

Qualifications

• IRATA Level 3 Certification.
• First Aid certification.
• CSO or BSO or CSTS-2020.

• Have a comprehensive knowledge of advanced rescue techniques.
• Be able to demonstrate all the skills and knowledge required of a Level III Rope Access Technician.
• Be conversant with relevant work techniques.
• Assist other technicians as required.
• Perform specific job functions as they relate to work orders.
• Ensure operational safety of all equipment.

Requirements

• IRATA Level 3 Certification
• First Aid certification
• CSO or BSO or CSTS-2020
• Journeyman ticketed would be an asset
• ESC or OSSA Confined Space Monitor and Entry would be an asset
• Exceptional safety and quality awareness
• Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
