Job summary

Qualifications

• IRATA Level 3 Certification required.
• First Aid certification required.
• CSO or BSO or CSTS-2020 preferred.
• Journeyman ticketed would be an asset.
• ESC or OSSA Confined Space Monitor and Entry would be an asset.
• Exceptional safety and quality awareness expected.
• Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level.

Responsibilities

• Have a comprehensive knowledge of advanced rescue techniques.
• Demonstrate all skills and knowledge required of a Level III Rope Access Technician.
• Be conversant with relevant work techniques.
• Assist other technicians as required.
• Perform specific job functions as they relate to work orders.
• Ensure operational safety of all equipment.

Tacten is seeking Level 3 Rope Access Technicians to support our client site in Fort McMurray, AB. You will play a crucial role in overseeing complex operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Position Information:

• Start date: September 2026
• 7/7 rotation, 12 hour shifts
• Applicants must be local to Fort McMurray or willing to relocate (Local Living Incentive provided)
