Job summary

MSCP Heat Management Solutions is seeking an experienced IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technician for a long-term, local position at an Edmonton-area refinery. The role offers consistent local work without a camp or rotation, with rope access leadership in the field and a focus on safe, efficient execution.

You will lead rope access activities, mentor junior technicians, and ensure proper planning, rigging, and adherence to safety guidelines and client procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• IRATA Level 3 certification is required and must be current.
• Experience leading and supervising rope access teams in industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of rope access, rigging, rescue planning, and equipment inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily rope access activities at the refinery.
• Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 technicians in field operations.
• Design, establish, inspect, and supervise rope access and rigging systems.
