Your Role

As Invoicing Coordinator, you will support the Finance team by ensuring accurate and timely invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promptly and accurately invoicing customers with strong attention to detail.
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding invoices and using customer portals.
  • Generating service invoices and credit notes from the ERP system (Macola).
  • Coordinating with customers, sales, AR, quality assurance, customer service, and mill teams regarding invoice discrepancies.
  • Performing month-end procedures as requested by Finance and Sales departments.
  • Collaborating with the Finance team to ensure timely invoicing cut-offs.
  • Assisting customer service by applying orders to flour contracts as needed.
  • Running reports as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of administrative and customer service experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset
  • Ability to work professionally and effectively in a fast-paced environment
