The University of Regina invites applications for an Invigilator role, reporting to the Administrative Specialist, Exams. This position supports final examinations in gymnasium spaces and manages external exams in accordance with the University’s rules to help candidates perform at their best.
Examinations are scheduled in advance and Invigilators must be available for a minimum of three consecutive hours. You may be required to work day, evening, and Saturday shifts based on the exam schedule.

Examinations are delivered as scheduled by the University, and candidates will need to be available for a minimum of three consecutive hours for scheduled examinations. Invigilators will also be required to work during the day, evening, and on Saturdays based on the schedule of examinations.
