Role Description

The Investor Relations Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Vancouver, BC, responsible for managing and enhancing Ximen Mining Corp.’s communications with current and prospective investors. Day‑to‑day tasks include preparing investor presentations, fact sheets, press release summaries, and website content that clearly explain the company’s strategy, projects, and performance. The role involves organizing and participating in investor meetings, conferences, webinars, and site visits, as well as responding to investor inquiries and maintaining an up‑to‑date investor database. The Specialist will monitor market trends, analyst reports, and trading activity, providing regular feedback and insights to senior management. Collaborating closely with finance, geology, and executive teams, this role ensures consistent, accurate, and compliant messaging across all investor‑facing channels.

Qualifications

• Strong Investor Relations skills, including experience in managing investor communications and relationships.
• Solid understanding of Investments and Finance, with the ability to interpret financial data and capital markets information.
• Advanced Analytical Skills for reviewing market trends, company performance, and investor feedback.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical and financial information clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, communications, or a related field; relevant professional designations (e.g., CFA, CPIR) are an asset.
• Experience in mining, natural resources, or related industries is highly beneficial, as is familiarity with Canadian and international stock exchanges.
• Proficiency with investor relations tools, CRM systems, presentation software, and standard office applications.
• Ability to work on‑site in Vancouver, BC, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
