Fiera Capital is seeking a motivated Manager, Investor Relations to support investor reporting, fundraising initiatives, and client service across the platform. You will work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality investor communications and capital formation support.

The role offers a hybrid environment in Ontario, with opportunities to engage institutional investors across markets and contribute to long-term growth in real estate investment management.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in investor relations, capital markets, asset management, or related areas.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and investor platforms like Juniper Square.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and coordination of quarterly and ad hoc investor reporting materials.
• Support responses to investor, consultant, and due diligence requests and RFPs.
• Coordinate investor onboarding, data room management, and client communications.
• Assist in preparing fund presentations, market updates, and fundraising materials.
• Prepare portfolio and fund level analyses for investors and internal stakeholders.
• Support fundraising initiatives and manage investor databases and pipelines.
• Identify automation and reporting enhancements to improve efficiency.
