Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Operations to enable priorities across the Investments business in North America. The role sits at the intersection of operations, project delivery, and stakeholder coordination, driving delivery with autonomy and accountability.

You will coordinate Canada Investments operations, enable leadership governance, and manage internal communications across NA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional services firm experience.
• Experience in business operations, PMO, consulting, or transformation.
• Financial services or professional services background; Investments experience a plus.
• Exposure to process improvement, reporting, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to drive work independently from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate core operational processes for the Canada Investments business.
• Support senior leadership forums with agendas and materials.
• Own NA Investments communications calendar and internal updates.
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting inputs and performance tracking.
• Ensure consistency in documentation, tracking, and reporting across projects.
