Job summary

BCI’s Technology department is seeking four motivated students for Winter 2027 to assist in requirements gathering, design, and development across software, data, and AI projects. You will work under supervision on low-to-medium complexity initiatives, collaborating with teams on data modeling, ETL/ELT, and dashboarding using Power BI and SQL.

Exposure to Claude-based AI tooling and other department tools is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and high-quality output.
• Interest in investment technology, data, and ethical standards; eager to learn across disciplines.
• Familiarity with LLM-based tools (e.g., Claude) used for requirements gathering, coding, QA, and summarization.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (OneDrive, SharePoint Online, MS Teams) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with requirements gathering, design and build solutions.
• Contribute to data & analytics engineering across ETL/ELT, modeling and dashboards.
• Explore AI engineering tasks and use tools like Claude for workflow automation.
