Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or college diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in investment operations, finance, consulting, or investment structuring.
• Professional designation such as CFA, or progress toward obtaining one, is considered an asset.
• Experience with low-code/no-code workflow platforms like Mendix, Python, Tableau, or similar tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise to support structuring, execution, and maintenance of private market investments and exits.
• Coordinate establishment of legal entities and ensure governance, legal, and operational requirements are met.
• Manage transaction documentation, timelines, and cross-functional activities for timely investment execution.
• Oversee ongoing operational management of legal entities with compliance to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain policies, procedures, and operational documentation; identify governance and risk improvements.
• Build partnerships with investment teams and stakeholders to improve processes and governance.
• Drive continuous improvement by streamlining workflows and adopting technology.
