The role focuses on risk management, decision-support content, and building strategy execution capabilities across the organization, with opportunities to leverage AI tools for insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in strategic transformation and execution.
• Experience in consulting, investment management or financial services.
• Strong ability to analyze and synthesize complex information and insights.
• Experience on complex projects including change management and stakeholder management.
• Ability to develop senior management materials and decision-support content.
• Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives across the project lifecycle, including setup, execution, governance, budgeting and close-out.
• Define outcomes and OKRs to ensure initiatives deliver value and impact.
• Apply structured problem-solving to support senior leader decision-making.
• Identify risks, roadblocks and mitigations with change management input.
• Document meeting outcomes, actions, risks and decisions for MDs and Directors.
• Develop clear presentations and KPI reporting for steering committees.
• Establish KPIs and provide insights to stakeholders.
