Recruit Action inc. in Montreal is seeking an Investment Representative to support investment advisors, review client portfolios, and ensure compliant, high-quality service in English and French.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Bilingual in English and French to support investment advisors and provide client service in both languages.
• Postsecondary diploma and CIRO licensing requirements to obtain licensing and registration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service by supporting investment advisors and reviewing client portfolios.
• Gather research and product information from internal and external sources.
• Process client transactions accurately according to instructions and regulatory rules.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable regulations and trading activities for client accounts.
• Document client interactions and manage records in the appropriate systems.
