Job summary

Haywood Securities Inc. in Vancouver is recruiting a Financial Analyst to join its Finance Department on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the CFO, the role requires a solid background in financial analysis, preferably in the investment industry, and proficiency in IT tools like PowerBI for report design, analysis, and publication. You will prepare quarterly reviews for senior management and the board, assemble monthly packages, forecast annually, and design dashboards.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel capabilities to support financial analysis.
• Advanced PowerBI capabilities to design and publish reports.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Math or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly financial reviews for senior management and the board.
• Prepare monthly financial packages for senior management.
• Prepare annual forecasts for the board of directors.
• Design dashboards for senior management reporting.
• Ad hoc financial analyses and process improvements as requested.
