Join a leading international financial services provider as an Investment Compensation Analyst. In this role, you will provide research and analytical support to the Investment Compensation team, manage compensation survey processes, and contribute to various compensation programs within a collaborative environment. The opportunity
As an integral part of the Global Rewards team, the Investment Compensation Analyst will report to the AVP, Investment Compensation and provide research, analytical, and execution support to the Investment Compensation team. Activities to be undertaken by the Analyst include global market surveys and benchmarking, analytics and reporting, quantitative and qualitative analysis of compensation policies and practices, investment compensation program administration and design, and annual compensation cycles. The ideal candidate for this position is flexible, responsible, and able to thrive in a challenging environment, working effectively as part of a team and independently on projects spanning multiple functions and partners. Additionally, the candidate should be diligent, action-oriented, and enthusiastic about leveraging technology for scale and process efficiencies.

Salary range is expected to be between
$61,350.00 CAD - $102,250.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact recruitment@manulife.com for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
