We’re seeking a Finance Analyst IV to join a high-impact team within Wholesale Banking focused on variable compensation reporting, reconciliation, and process optimization . This is a high-visibility role with strong stakeholder engagement and significant influence on one of the bank’s largest expense lines.

• Lead the end-to-end process mapping and analysis of variable compensation flows
• Partner with Finance and HR stakeholders to gather and validate financial data
• Deliver clear, insightful financial commentary and support year-end reporting targets
• Support the stand-up of renewed processes to accrue, allocate, and true-up compensation expenses
• Help drive remediation and optimization of account attestation processes
• Bring transparency to complex data and improve the clarity of internal financial reporting

Must-Have Qualifications :

• 8+ years of financial or accounting experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel , with solid skills in PowerPoint and Word
• Experience with Hyperion or similar financial reporting systems
• Strong analytical thinking and data synthesis capabilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proven track record of building strong business relationships and partnerships
