Job summary

Stifel Canada is seeking a Finance/Business-oriented student for an Investment Banking Internship in Toronto. You will work alongside bankers from Analyst to Managing Director, gaining exposure to advisory and financing transactions.

The role involves researching industries, building financial models, and preparing client presentations. Candidates should be in their 3rd year with a strong academic track record and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 3rd year business/math/statistics student with an interest in capital markets.
• Outstanding academic record and leadership demonstrated through extracurriculars.
• Must be graduating Spring 2027 or Spring 2028; resume must include graduation month/year and CGPA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentation materials such as PowerPoint slides and summaries for pitch books.
• Work with banking teams to execute transactions.
• Perform in-depth quantitative financial analyses, including corporate and asset valuation analysis.
• Maintain databases on transactions and companies' financials/multiples.
