As an Investment Banker with Merit Services, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert financial advice and executing complex transactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Financial Advisory : Provide strategic financial advice for mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and corporate finance activities.
• Deal Execution : Conduct due diligence, financial analysis, and valuation modeling. Prepare marketing materials and coordinate cross-functional teams for successful deal closure.
• Market Research : Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes. Evaluate financial statements and market data to identify investment opportunities.
• Financial Modeling and Valuation : Develop complex financial models and perform comprehensive valuation analysis.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships. Deliver customized financial solutions and exceptional client service.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and industry standards throughout the deal execution process.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field. Advanced degrees such as MBA or CFA are desirable.
