CI Financial in Toronto is seeking an Investment Analyst to support fundamental research and drive efficiency through technology-enabled workflows. You will analyze banks, insurance, asset managers, and fintechs while building financial models and identifying investment opportunities.
The role emphasizes data organization, automation, and AI-enabled research, with collaboration from senior team members and portfolio managers. A base salary and bonus program accompany comprehensive benefits.
At CI, we see a great place to work as one that is a safe place for everyone to have a voice, where people are empowered to take ownership over meaningful work, where there is an opportunity to grow through stretching themselves, where they can work on innovative products and projects, and where employees are supported and engaged in doing so.
The Financials equity research team is looking to add an Investment Analyst who can support fundamental investment research while also helping the team become more efficient and technology-enabled.
The ideal candidate is a fundamental investor with strong technology fluency. They should understand stocks, financial statements, valuation, and capital markets, while also being naturally inclined to identify inefficient processes and improve them through better tools, data organization, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
