  • Build and maintain client relationships using excellent people and problem-solving skills.

How you’ll succeed in this role :
  • Leverage RBC Dominion Securities’ strong brand to build a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, managing their complex financial needs.
  • Utilize RBC's extensive resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans.
  • Develop trusted, often multi-generational, long-term relationships through personalized service.
  • Collaborate with RBC partners like Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance to support clients comprehensively.
A few details about what we’re looking for :
  • 4-6 years of outbound sales experience, comfortable earning 100% commission.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) prior to start date.
  • Passion for financial planning and interest in portfolio management.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals.
Nice to have :
  • Experience in direct marketing, financial services, or success in high-value sales and business development.
  • Certifications such as CPH, PFP, CIM, or CFA.
