What you do best :
  1. Build and maintain client relationships using excellent people and problem-solving skills.
  2. Be a self-starter eager to make your day your own.
  3. Provide meaningful work by helping people achieve their life goals through strong planning and financial advice.
How you’ll succeed in this role :
  1. Utilize RBC Dominion Securities’ reputable brand to build a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners with complex financial needs.
  2. Create customized portfolios and wealth plans leveraging RBC’s extensive investment resources.
  3. Develop trusted, often multi-generational, long-term relationships through personalized service.
  4. Collaborate with RBC partners such as Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance to support clients comprehensively.
A few details about what we’re looking for :
  1. 4-6 years of outbound sales experience and comfort earning 100% commission.
  2. Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) prior to start date.
  3. A passion for financial planning and interest in portfolio management.
  4. Strong relationship-building skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals.
Nice to have :
  1. Experience in direct marketing, financial services, or high-value sales and business development.
  2. Certifications such as CPH, PFP, CIM, or CFA.
